  Ventura, Jeff Seal has no common courtesy for the people he builds homes next to. His contractors bring thier dogs with them to work and leave beer bottles on other people's property. He built the fence of the property he constructed next to us to where now we can't get our lawn mower out. First off we were the first house on the entire Block and second our fence was built first so he should have been smarter and left some room to get out at least a lawn mower out! Horrible!
