  This store is stuck in the 80's, building is old and no updates or renovations done since it was acquired from Hemphill-Wells. By far very expensive in clothing, with now days retail market it's not a very competitive store. Specially online offers that offer better value, employees are too busy minding their own business that if a customer is not up to their standards they look the other way. You can see the age of the building through many areas even the floor seems to take it's toll, you have to walk around to find an employee to help you and when you do. Well, you'll walk another mile to their assigned register. Save your money and shop in other retail stores in town, now days are plenty of new retailers that offer same quality and better value or shop on line. You'll be surprise how much you can save by going to other new retailer chain in town, besides as the market shows Dillard's is not doing pretty good and business might come to an end soon to this retail chain.
